Top class service, Jonjo promptly and efficiently sourced a handbrake lever for me and sent from Armagh to Cork, was with me in 2/3 days. Was great to deal with from start to finish and put me at ease straight away, very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I experienced while purchasing my new car at Frank Keane, Sandyford. I initially dealt with Owen when choosing my car who was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help me choose my new car. Sarah assisted me with the handover and  again, the experience could not have been better, in terms of professionalism, personalness and vehicle knowledge. Very smooth process!

I was having my car serviced, from booking a time to checking the vehicle in the whole process was a very easy. I was kept updated during the service and given information on what needed to be done to the car. The video of the inspection was very helpful. Collection was quick and easy. I also spoke to a staff member about possibly getting new car, this person was very knowledgeable and listened to what I need and want from a car. A test drive was arranged and they emailed me all the relevant information very quickly after our conversation. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Very competent and fast. First, I received a video about the condition of my car, then I filled out a convenient form that needed to replace, and in a couple hours I picked up the car. Plus I received a car cleaned inside and out.

As a long-time customer, I was interested to see Frank Keane settle into their new Sandyford premises. The place looks terrific and it is convenient that at last sales and servicing are in one premises. I just love your vintage Beetle on display.

With the move, you have streamlined many of your customer processes. I had a first service on my ID4 this week. I particularly  like the way you can check in your car just before the service you have booked, leaving the car & keys in ahead of time. This is a great innovation, but when I tried to drop them in just before 8pm, I was annoyed to discover it was a wasted journey as drop-ins must be before 6pm. This doesn't help 9-5 workers in any way and is a lost opportunity to truly innovate customer service.

Late last year, I had to leave my car in to Sandyford for three-weeks (!) due to a software issue. I was very disappointed to see it came back with workshop dust & grime without getting a courtesy wash after such a long time. This time when checking in, I specified a wash and am happy to say the car came back sparkling inside and out. Well done.

A final important point; with so much dangerous Spam these days we all avoid clinking on links within texts. PLEASE put a secure customer portal front and centre on your main website covering all options. Then simply text customers asking them to go to the Frank Keane website and follow the customer portal. My points are intended to be constructive, come my own work experience and I suggest you should really examine them. Good luck with your move.

Dealt with Duane when buying new car. Very easy to deal with, replied quickly. Would recommend this dealership and Duane specifically. Was 5/5 until I'd to wait 30-45 minutes to collect the car, even after I'd confirmed collection time. Not a big deal and no issues with car so far. Would give 4.5/5 if I could.
